Qingpu District agricultural industrialization key leading enterprises assessment, according to the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Committee, Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Commission of Commerce, Municipal Bureau of Finance, Municipal Bureau of Taxation, People's Bank of Shanghai Branch, Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau jointly issued the 《Notice on the Issuance of 〈Agricultural Industrialization Shanghai Key Leading Enterprises Identification and Operation Monitoring Management Measures〉》 (Shanghai Agricultural Commission Regulations [2019] No. 4) (hereinafter referred to as "Management Measures") spirit , to carry out a new round of agricultural industrialization municipal key leading enterprises identification.
